2024-2026 Washington Co. Democrats Membership

Membership to Washington County Democrats allows you to vote on party matters and run for leadership positions, including State Committee Members. Non-members are welcome to attend meetings, but they may not vote or run for any WCD position.

 

During Presidential Election Years, County Party Membership includes participation in the County Convention. Membership will begin with your confirmation and runs through January 2026.

 

Each member is required to renew their membership every election cycle.

There are no dues required for membership.

However, your generous financial support ensures we can work year-round to support Democrats in Washington County.

By submitting this form, you agree to the that the WCDP can list your name as a member of the county committee.

 

As a county party member, you agree to abide by the rules of the Washington County Democratic Party and support the Principles of the Democratic Party. You confirm that you are eligible and legally qualified to file for membership under the Rules of the Democratic Party of Arkansas.

Submission of this form by political candidates for the office of Washington County Committee Member, agree to the following: "I do hereby state that I am familiar with the requirements of A.C.A. §§ 7-1-103, 7-1-104, 7-3-108, 7-6-101, 7-6-102, 7-6-103, and 7-6-104, known as the Political Practices Provision of the Arkansas Election Code, and that I will in good faith comply with the provisions of the same. I hereby certify that I have paid all filing fees or have otherwise qualified by an alternate method as provided by the Party and have filed a Candidate Affidavit of Eligibility as required by the Democratic Party of Arkansas.

I hereby certify that I have never been convicted of a felony in the State of Arkansas, or in any other jurisdiction outside of Arkansas."
